DIFFICULT - The Fallen Trail - Thursday - PINK

This trail was built by a couple local Veterans who wanted to give back to their fallen brothers and sisters, with obstacles dedicated to fallen soldiers from each of the American Conflicts. The main trail is rated a HARD 8 with a couple obstacles at a 9 rating. However there is a shadow trail rated 6 right next to the main trail. If drivers and riders want to give certain obstacles a shot, they can jump in or out of the trail at any point. 10 plaques at 10 obstacles, The Fallen also has a memorial for anyone wishing to leave memories of their friends or family.
Scenery
The scenery is spectacular from almost every part of this run. To the south, there are slick rock canyons with hoodoos and many rock formations. Sand Hollow Reservoir lies just to the north, with Zion Park in the background. The lower Hurricane Sand Dunes are just to the east, with Hurricane Cliffs in the background. In the winter time, the Pine Valley Mountains to the west are usually capped with snow.
Surface
Most of the trail is on the slickrock, with some parts crossing sandy canyon bottoms. The access and return routes are on bumpy sand trail. The route from the top of the slickrock is via the Hurricane Sand Dunes, mostly downhill with a few dune climbs.

The Fallen has obstacles dedicated to fallen service members from the follow conflicts: World War 1, World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, Persian Gulf, Desert Storm, Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and a special obstacle dedicated to a specific service member from Utah that was also a wheeler. This trail can be fun for everyone with all sorts of skill levels and vehicles.

IMPORTANT: Please line up 30 minuets before. You MUST HAVE your UBB window stickers to run these trails AND A FLAG. (You can get your window sticker Wednesday evening at pre-registration or in the mornings by 7:15am where the trails line up. EVERYONE WHO REGISTERS ONLINE BEFORE THE EVENT NEEDS TO COME SEE “SCRAPPY” BRONCO FOR REGISTRATION WINDOW STICKERS AND SIGN THE WAIVER. Registration is to be done online only this year. Registration will be open all the way through Wednesday February 26th until 12 noon. There are limited spots per trail, so if you show up to the event, not registered, you will only have open spot availability if there is any. “Scrappy” Bronco is the last picture.

This guided trail may not take all day. After the trail is over you are able to wheel other trails at your own risk. PLEASE have at least one other vehicle with you at all times.
TRAIL READY - This Trail should be lined up and ready to take off at time it was given. Please make sure to leave enough time to get your event packet with window stickers, line up for the trail, air your tires down, and do anything else you need to get ready. Thank you!
YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE SNACK/LUNCH WITH YOU. We highly encourage everyone to bring food on the trails with them. There is not a place to get food close by the Park and although most of these trails are not very long, you NEVER know what can happen. It is also AMAZING to find a great spot as a group and eat lunch together, meet and hang out with the fellow Bronco owners in your group!
